Operations Survey

In the 2025 Oregon Legislature, there will most likely be bills offered that will further cap rent below 7% plus CPI. Additionally, we expect some form of proposal for vacancy control (inability to charge market rent at turnover). The reasons that lawmakers are giving for these proposals is continued rent increases and the belief that landlords are increasing rent to increase their profits. The purpose of this survey is to gather as much data as we can about the operations of MHCO members. The information will be collected in the aggregate (i.e not by individual park). Please be as accurate as you can and try to answer all questions. Individual responses will not be shared.
